Holiday retreats need a lot of organising before we actually sit at the dinner table on the first night. We call it the family dinner.
Participants arrive in the afternoon and welcomed with freshly squeezed fruit juices and smoothies. They unpack and settle in their new home for the week. We walk down to the pond and visit the orchard to check the apples and plums.
Our families invest in sending their children to us as well as investing in themselves by taking time to rest, relax and recharge.
I remember one mum when collecting her daughter telling me -You have no idea how much this retreat helped me. I could sleep in, read and do whatever I wanted which I haven’t done for over 12 years.-
People are staying in the UK after the lockdown and we had many enquires from families looking for options for staying safe, get the best for their children during the long summer break and at the same time having a family holiday.
We extended our Summer Course to 3 weeks. https://juditszathmary.com/event/summer-course-2020?instance_id=55
During our retreats students/participants leave their familiar lives to instead spend time in an environment that doesn’t remind them of who they think they are.
