The Smart Choice for Energy, Vitality and Health

Food is eating energy

Imagine radiant health, abundant energy and increased ability to move and function in life for your children! I do.

Every  time I work with the children attending our services, facilitating their movements, helping them to learn to eat independently and neatly I encourage them with stories and by example to make choices for better health.

I remember in the early ’90s when we asked parents to send in a bottle of water with their children when they come for conductive they told us that their children never drink water.

It took a long time and it is still a work in progress that most of our participants turn up for the sessions with their own water bottle, instead of sugary drinks with colouring and preservatives.

Water is an essential and major component of all living matter.

It is the largest single component of the body: Your brain is 76%
water, your lungs are 90% water, and your blood is 84% water.
Critical processes such as digestion, circulation, and excretion
cannot occur without it. As a major component of blood, it
carries nutrients to all vital parts of the body, plays a crucial role
in maintaining body temperature and serves as building material
for muscle growth and repair.

Most of the children and adults attending our services are dehydrated and must be given the opportunity to drink fresh water throughout the day.

Fresh and natural ingredients from pure food sources help us all achieve the exceptional health

we deserve naturally. It is especially important to get the inner fuel right when someone has limited motor functions.

Why don’t you try this basic and easy recipe for replacement of milkshakes: Add mango, banana, coconut milk and vanilla for a refreshing and satisfying smoothie. Replace coconut milk with almond milk if you don’t like the taste of coconuts. You can buy frozen mangos in most supermarket and they make the smoothie creamier.

Food is freshest when it is unprocessed, uncooked and unpreserved.

This is the healthiest lunchbox I’ve have ever seen. Isn’t it joyful?

When craving for sweet taste, choose raw chocolates without cream, milk and sugar which are acid forming in the body. Creating an acid ash, lowering the ability of the immune system to defend itself and creating an internal environment for bacterias to flourish. You can make your own and keep them in the freezer or try the Nakd bars that are raw, vegan and kosher and most supermarkets store them.

I challenge you for the next 10 days to change what you put on the table into lunch boxes and apply some of the ideas above and judge their validity first-hand.

Experience the power, vitality, energy, and joy of your body being totally alive with health.
