First vegan Conductive Education retreat

July 2019 West Sussex  UK

“Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food.” Hippocrates

It has been a week since I’ve returned from our annual Conductive Education Retreat which this time was a fully vegan one.

We had no animal based food in the fridge except the occasional tiny bottles of milk some members of my fantastic team sneaked in for their tea and coffee. Having said that the team loved the food too when they had meals with us.

It has taken me a week to recover from the intensity of the work, which is remarkable as I was able to bounce back a lot faster than before. It was due to completely changing my lifestyle in the last few years, which included using different foods to nourish my body, letting go of individuals and organisations which didn’t match my  standards. I’ve decided to choose thoughts and relationships which are more reflecting my internal relationship with inspiration and creation.

I worked on forgiveness,  on my thoughts and relationships including forgiving myself.  Actually once you understand what forgiving is, you realise that there is nothing really to forgive!  I discovered ancient herbs and pure oils which have also contributed to my own healing.

I realised as I was going through my 9 months of intense knee pain, that what I set out to do and say will deeply affect the world. By showing another possibility for children and adults with neurological conditions where they could grow, heal and develop a more enjoyable vision for their future.

It could outrage and be ridiculed by the status quo and it can only be expressed with conviction and love, so people may recognise that the lives they are living are not their best life.

Living with negative thoughts or being in codependent, or in hostile work and personal relationships that are wired for stress, empathy and dependence we either shut down or act from a victim mode.

This often leads to stagnation and passivity instead of dynamic and lighthearted ways of moving and exchanging energy, which is necessary to feel fully alive and to create.

A negative mental state can lower a person’s frequency by 10-12 MHz.

My usual daily work requires my full emotional, physical and psychological commitment and stamina, and when it is running almost 24/7 I must have reserves left to utilise.

The plant based diet worked for me, raising the frequency/ the energy level of my body.

Did you know that the daytime frequency of a healthy human body vibrates in the range of 62 to 68MHz and the human brain on  72-90MHz?

In order for them function on an optimum level the food we eat must be from the highest frequencies. Just so you know tinned food has zero frequency.

Human cells can start to change (mutate) when their frequency drops below 62MHz.

58 MHz is the frequency of your body when you have a cold or the flu.

When candida is present within your body, you vibrate at a frequency of 55MHz.

42 MHz is the frequency of a body wherein cancer and diseases can appear.

When the death process begins – the frequency has been measured at 20 MHz.

The water content of the food we eat is as important as the frequency of the food. High water content food hydrates the body so it can carry messages/ electricity faster. The water content of the watermelon is 96%, Broccoli, Carrots, Beets 91%, dry cereal 4%.

I must admit that I had butterflies in my stomach on the first night when  I served the family dinner which we always have as the beginning of celebration and opening of the retreat.

On arrival the children had vegan mango smoothies and a selection of fruits including raspberries, blueberries, nectarines and grapes.

The family dinner menu was vegan chicken nuggets with choice of mash potato or rice with raw and steamed vegetables and vegan carrot cake.

I didn’t tell the children that everything was made from fruits and vegetables and with the meal I offered gravy made of organic bouillon along with tasty home made sauces from  pureed vegetables which they wouldn’t have tried if they were served in their original forms. I used different herbs and seasonings to make them delicious.

Plant based food doesn’t have to be boring and bland, it can be full of flavours. It is light, easy to digest and provides a lot more energy than animal based food.

During the whole week we had no complaints or refusal of anything which was served and from the choices were offered.

I have tried and tested all the food myself before and I tried them on family and friends to get the tastes right.

When I prepared some of the food I didn’t follow the instructions on the packages as they tasted better if they were cooked differently. I.e. one of our girls loves frankfurters. I have tried many vegan versions and they just tasted like a salty sponge. I have ordered this version:

Instead of boiling it I have baked it in the oven. They tasted much better. I’ve sliced them up lengthwise and served them as a finger food in a buffet style setting and also served them in sandwiches.

I have ordered food from Ocado such as the vegan carrot and ginger cake on the photo, placed an order from Waitrose and from a vegan online shop called The vegan Kind Supermarket

https://www.thevegankindsupermarket.com

Why did I chose those shops? Because their vegan options were tastier, although they might be a bit pricier.

One of the cheese alternatives the best tasting vegan cheese I could find was from the follow your heart range

Some of our parents were delighted to hear that the children had only vegan meals and they have seen the difference in their children. Inflammations, hay fever/cold symptoms, head aches disappeared and the children were calmer and happier.  On our course the children had significantly more energy and stamina to be able to participate in the Conductive way of life during the whole week.

I am putting together a list of all the food I have bought and ordered for the retreat.

This week I have taken photographs in the shops for the parents who asked me to send them the list.

With the pictures and the prices it will be easier for them to find the products and to budget meals. If you would like me to send you the list let me know.

It was a major breakthrough that we could help the children to get more energised, cleansed by the  plant based food they had all week.  As a first step it was a great achievement.

I am very proud of them all, especially that they’ve tried almost every type of food we served.

For a better electromagnetic balance of their body, to improve and maintain their health and vitality a higher percentage of fresh and raw food would be more ideal in their daily meals.
